  • 16 Crunchmaster® Tuscan Peasant Fire Roasted Tomato Basil Crackers

  • 2/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Meat
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Spices
  • 2 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Produce
  • 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
  • 4 pickled green beans, chopped
  • 16 slices green olives
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • Juice
  • 4 cups tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Condiments
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Other
  • Ice cube

Directions

Loaded Crackers: Preheat broiler to high and position rack in center of oven. Arrange crackers on foil-lined baking sheet; sprinkle with cheese. Top with bacon, celery, pickled green beans and olives. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Mocktails: Meanwhile, mix together celery salt, salt and pepper in shallow dish. Rub lemon wedge around rims of 4 highball glasses; dip glasses into mixture. Set aside.

In pitcher, stir together tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire and hot sauce. Pour into prepared glasses filled with ice. Serve with Loaded Crackers on the side.

Tip: For a cocktail, add 1 oz vodka or tequila for each serving.
