Peanut Butter Chocolate Chickpea Cookie Dip

Ingredients

  • Crackers
  • 1 pkg (4 oz) Crunchmaster® Protein Brownie Thins Homestyle Milk Chocolate
  • Canned Goods
  • 1 can (19 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • Pantry
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • Baking and Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Condiments
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Oil and Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. In food processor or blender, purée chickpeas, peanut butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, olive oil, vanilla and salt until smooth.

 

  1. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon into serving dish. Serve dip with brownie thins.

 

Tip: Substitute your favorite nut butter or nut-free butter for the peanut butter.
