Thanksgiving Leftover Cracker

  • Crackers
  • 1/2 pkg (24 crackers) Crunchmaster® Multi-Grain Sea Salt
  • Condiments
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • Dairy
  • 3 oz Brie cheese, cut into 24 pieces
  • Leftovers
  • 1 cup shredded cooked roast turkey
  • 1/2 cup leftover cooked stuffing
  • Produce
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives


  1. Preheat broiler. Top each cracker with 1/2 tsp cranberry sauce, turkey, stuffing and piece of Brie.


  1. Arrange on foil-lined baking sheet. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese starts to melt. Sprinkle with chives before serving.


Tip: Substitute chopped deli-roast turkey slices for roast turkey and omit stuffing if desired.
