Spicy Tuna Poke Canapés
Crackers
- 1 box of Crunchmaster Crackers
Fish and Seafood
- 8 oz sushi-grade tuna steaks, diced
Produce
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Pantry
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
Condiments
- 1 1/2 tbsp tamari sauce
Oil and Vinegar
- 2 tsp chili oil
Nuts and Seeds
- 4 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Stir together lemon juice, ginger, brown sugar, tamari sauce and chili oil. Toss tuna with tamari mixture, green onions and sesame seeds.
- Spoon mixture over crackers.
Tip: Substitute chopped cooked shrimp or smoked salmon for tuna if preferred.
