Crackers
- 1 pkg (4 oz) Crunchmaster® Crackers
Fish and Seafood
- 4 oz cooked, peeled, deveined cooked shrimp, tails removed
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 12 fresh oysters, shucked and served on the half shell
Condiments
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp GF Worcestershire sauce
- 3 dashes hot sauce
Pantry
- 1/3 cup capers
Produce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 4 sprigs fresh dill
Baking and seasoning
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
Directions
- Stir together ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper until blended. Transfer cocktail sauce to serving dish.
- Arrange shrimp and smoked salmon on large board or platter. Arrange oysters on serving dish with ice; transfer to board. Arrange crackers, cocktail sauce, cucumber, red onion slices, lemon wedges, capers and dill sprigs on board. Serve immediately.
