Balsamic Roasted Grapes and Goat Cheese Canapés
Crackers
- 1 pkg (4 oz) Crunchmaster® Multi-Grain Aged White Cheddar

Produce
- 2 cups seedless red grapes
- 4 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme
Condiments
- 2 tbsp honey
Oil and Vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Baking and Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- Pinch each salt and pepper
Dairy
- 6 oz goat cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. In 9-inch square baking dish, toss together grapes, thyme, honey, oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until grapes are tender and jammy.
- Spread goat cheese over crackers; top with grapes.
Tip: As a variation, substitute grape tomatoes for red grapes.
