Strawberry and Hibiscus Dip with Goat Cheese
Crackers
- 1 pkg Crunchmaster Crackers
Miscellaneous
- 1 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
Pantry
- 2 tbsp honey
Produce
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Dairy
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
Condiments
- 1 tbsp strawberry jam
Directions
1. In spice grinder or using mortar and pestle, grind hibiscus flowers into powder.
2. In food processor, pulse yogurt, strawberries, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, strawberry jam and hibiscus powder until smooth.
3. Transfer to serving bowl. Sprinkle with goat cheese. Serve with crackers for dipping.
Tip: Substitute orange for lemon.
