Balsamic Roasted Grapes and Goat Cheese Canapés

Crackers

  • 1 pkg (4 oz) Crunchmaster® Multi-Grain Aged White Cheddar

Produce

  • 2 cups seedless red grapes
  • 4 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme

Condiments

  • 2 tbsp honey

Oil and Vinegar

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Baking and Seasoning

  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • Pinch each salt and pepper

Dairy

  • 6 oz goat cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. In 9-inch square baking dish, toss together grapes, thyme, honey, oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until grapes are tender and jammy.
  2. Spread goat cheese over crackers; top with grapes.

 

Tip: As a variation, substitute grape tomatoes for red grapes.
