Queso Dip
- 1 cups finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cups finely grated monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickled jalapeños
- 1 small red pepper diced
- ¼ cup diced scallions
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- kosher salt and pepper
- 1 tsp each: gluten free chili lime seasoning, paprika, garlic powder and gluten free taco seasoning

Mix everything in a bowl and chill in the fridge for 30 mins.
