- 4 oz brick-style plain cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Produce
- 1 lemon, zested
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 4 fresh figs, quartered
- 1 small bunch green grapes

- 1/4 cup honey

In a large bowl mix cream cheese and white chocolate for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth blended with an electric mixer. Add yogurt, honey, lemon zest and vanilla. Mix for 3 to 5 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
Transfer white chocolate cheesecake dip to serving bowl. Serve on platter or board with crackers, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, figs, grapes and pistachios.
Tip: Serve this cheesecake dip with whatever fruit is in season and fresh. It’s lovely with pineapple, mango, pears and cherries too.
