Spicy Cashew Dip
Crackers
- 1 pkg of Crunchmaster Crackers
Condiments
- 2 tbsp chili paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Produce
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Pantry
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
Dairy
- 4 oz plain plant based cream cheese, softened
Baking and Seasoning
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
Nuts and Seeds
- 1/2 cup roasted unsalted cashews
Directions
- In food processor, pulse cashews until finely ground. Add chili paste, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, peanut butter, coconut milk, cream cheese, curry powder, salt and pepper; pulse until smooth.
- Serve with crackers for dipping.
Tip: Substitute cashew butter or almond butter for peanut butter if desired.
