Thanksgiving Leftover Cracker
Crackers
- 1 pkg of Crunchmaster Crackers
Condiments
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
Dairy
- 3 oz Brie cheese, cut into 24 pieces
Leftovers
- 1 cup shredded cooked roast turkey
- 1/2 cup leftover cooked gluten-free stuffing
Produce
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
Directions
- Preheat broiler. Top each cracker with 1/2 tsp cranberry sauce, turkey, stuffing and piece of Brie.
- Arrange on foil-lined baking sheet. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese starts to melt. Sprinkle with chives before serving.
Tip: Substitute chopped deli-roast turkey slices for roast turkey and omit stuffing if desired.
