- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar

Sweet and smoky, these yummy bacon crackers make a crowd-pleasing appetizer that everyone will rave about.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange ovenproof wire rack over large rimmed baking sheet lined with foil.
Arrange crackers on wire rack. Top each with piece of bacon. Tuck bacon ends under crackers. Brush with maple syrup. Sprinkle with brown sugar, pepper and paprika.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bacon is crispy and caramelized. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
TIP: Top candied bacon crackers with jalapeño pepper slices or grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
