1. Beat together ricotta, mascarpone, honey, matcha powder, lemon zest and lemon juice until blended.
2. Transfer to serving bowl; dust with matcha powder.
3. Serve with crackers and fruit for dipping.
Tip: Use an assortment of fruit, such as cantaloupe, honeydew melon, strawberries, bananas, apples, pears and/or pineapple.
