In medium bowl, stir together pepperoncini, jalapeño, green onion, cucumber, pepperoncini brine, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.

Place feta block on serving dish. Spoon pepperoncini relish over feta. Drizzle with oil. Serve with crackers.

TIP: Substitute block of feta with block of cream cheese, log of goat cheese or small wheel of brie.
