- Place chocolate chips in microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high, stirring every 30 seconds, for about 2 minutes or until melted.
- In food processor or blender, purée melted chocolate chips, chickpeas, tahini paste, espresso, oil, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and maple syrup until smooth.
- Spoon into serving dish; garnish with shaved chocolate. Serve with crackers.
Tip: Substitute strong brewed coffee for brewed espresso if desired.
