Ingredients

  • Crackers
  • 1 pkg (4 oz) Crunchmaster® Multi-Seed – Original
  • Fish and Seafood
  • 4 oz cooked, peeled, deveined cooked shrimp, tails removed
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 12 fresh oysters, shucked and served on the half shell
  • Condiments
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 dashes hot sauce
  • Pantry
  • 1/3 cup capers
  • Produce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 4 sprigs fresh dill
  • Baking and seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Stir together ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper until blended. Transfer cocktail sauce to serving dish.
  2. Arrange shrimp and smoked salmon on large board or platter. Arrange oysters on serving dish with ice; transfer to board. Arrange crackers, cocktail sauce, cucumber, red onion slices, lemon wedges, capers and dill sprigs on board. Serve immediately.

 

Tip: Customize the board as desired with your favorite seafood selection.
