Ingredients

  • Crackers
  • 1 pkg (4 oz) Crunchmaster® Multi-Grain – Sea Salt
  • Condiments
  • 2 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Produce
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Pantry
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Dairy
  • 4 oz plain brick-style cream cheese, softened
  • Baking and Seasoning
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
  • Nuts and Seeds
  • 1/2 cup roasted unsalted cashews

Directions

  1. In food processor, pulse cashews until finely ground. Add chili paste, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, peanut butter, coconut milk, cream cheese, curry powder, salt and pepper; pulse until smooth.
  2. Serve with crackers for dipping.

 

Tip: Substitute cashew butter or almond butter for peanut butter if desired.
