Ingredients

  • Crackers
  • 1 pkg (4 oz) Crunchmaster® Multi-Seed – Original
  • Fish and Seafood
  • 8 oz sushi-grade tuna steaks, diced
  • Produce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Pantry
  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Condiments
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tamari sauce
  • Oil and Vinegar
  • 2 tsp chili oil
  • Nuts and Seeds
  • 4 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Stir together lemon juice, ginger, brown sugar, tamari sauce and chili oil. Toss tuna with tamari mixture, green onions and sesame seeds.
  2. Spoon mixture over crackers.

 

Tip: Substitute chopped cooked shrimp or smoked salmon for tuna if preferred.
