- Dip crackers diagonally into melted chocolate so that half of each cracker is covered in chocolate. Lift and let excess chocolate drip back into bowl.
- Place on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and dried blueberries. Let stand until chocolate is set.
Tip: Melt chopped chocolate in heat-safe bowl set over larger saucepan of barely simmering water until chocolate can be stirred. Alternatively, melt chopped chocolate in microwave-safe bowl in microwave on Medium power, stirring every 30 seconds, for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and melted.
