Yogurt Tzatziki Dip

Ingredients

  • Crackers
  • 1 pkg (4 oz) Crunchmaster® Multi-Seed Rosemary and Olive Oil
  • Produce
  • 1 cup packed grated cucumber
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Dairy
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • Oil and vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Baking and seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp salt, divided
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cumin

Directions

1. Sprinkle cucumber with 1/2 tsp salt. Let stand for 10 minutes in colander set over bowl. Squeeze dry to remove excess moisture.

  1. 2. Stir together cucumber, yogurt, green onions, mint, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, remaining salt, pepper and cumin.
  2. 3. Transfer to serving bowl. Serve with crackers for dipping.

 

Tip: Sprinkle tzatziki dip with crumbled feta cheese if desired.
